Our opening hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday both at our Head Office and Small Business Center.  
From March 29, 2021, we have increased our in-office operations whilst maintaining established COVID protocols.  

Our service to you will not be compromised as we remain committed to serve you.

Our Certification Service (Drop-boxes for Exporters) will continue to be provided at our Head Office daily from Monday to Friday at the times listed below:

Document Drop Offs: 8:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M.  |  Pick Up from 12:00 Noon - 4:00 P.M.
Document Drop Offs after 11 A.M.  | Pick Up from 2:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M.


Please note that, in keeping with COVID protocols, we would wish to discourage walk-ins and ask that companies kindly adhere to the schedule.  However, we will give consideration to any unforeseen emergencies.

All payments should be placed in the Payment Box located in the Reception Area.



Payments to BIDC

We are making it easy for you to use our electronic payments facility. 


Suppliers and Contractors

All persons conducting business with the Corporation must submit banking details to facilitate payment. Email us at accounts@bidc.org to allow electronic payments for goods or services rendered.
(Credit Union payments for vendors cannot be facilitated at this time.)


The information required is listed below.

  • A scanned copy of the top portion of your bank statement (personal details blotted out)
  • Bank name and branch
  • Bank account number
  • Whether the account is a chequing or savings account
  • Name on bank account
  • Email address (for notification of payment)
  • Please note that you may be contacted to verify the information provided.


Clients and Tenants

We are in the process of increasing the number of electronic payment options to include additional banking institutions. We will keep you updated. Please see our current banking details below to facilitate payments. Our drop box for deposits has returned to the BIDC Head Office. Feel free to contact a member from the Accounts Receivable team to discuss your concerns at receivables@bidc.org
